Icy day

Yesterday our drive way was covered in ice so I couldn't (or didn't want to) go to work and got to spend a whole extra day with Emily. Here are a few pictures.

I'll drive in snow without a problem, but when it comes to ice that's a different story and a perfect excuse to stay home from work.

I also got smart and mixed banana in with her rice cereal and she ate everything and still wanted more....nhahaha! I'm too smart for this little girl (great! I'm competing with a 4 month old!). She's really interested in food and will try to sneak bites of whatever I have in my hand while carrying her.

...we had a fun day! I must call off work more often!

I am 4 months old today. I think I can hold my head up pretty high and it's so fun to get tickeled. I decided I'm done letting mommy and daddy sleep in on the weekends, that's no fun at all. Today I tried rice cereal and it was soooooo yucky, I spit it out and made yucky faces. Mommy finally got the point and gave me some banana instead, i liked that, it was yummy. Mommy says I'm a "supported sitter" now, but I don't know what the heck (I heard mommy say that word) that means, all I care about is boobies, drooling, pooping, and of course my chuppie.

This is the card we sent out to our Family. I was going to post it earlier, but just got around to scanning it now. I think it came out quite cute and I just LOVE Emily's little grin and HUGE cheeks!!
